Different Ways to Obtain Deoxys
One way you can obtain Deoxys is to get the Aurora ticket which is available only in Emerald, Firered, and Leafgreen. You have to trade it to get it onto other games. The way to change its forms is simple, You must first head down to Veilstone city (DPPT) head to the right of the city, and look for some asteroid's, click on any asteroid you stumbled upon and Deoxys will change forms pertaining to each asteroid.
